Dial-a-Nurse Staff were helpful in the following ways (all of the items listed below): Keeping my father happy and safe Helping my father maintain independence and choice Making sure my father took is medications on time Making sure my father got to MD appointments Making sure I and the family stayed informed Making sure my father received nutritious meals Keeping an eye on my father throughout the day Helping with chores and housekeeping Helping with transportation Before Dial-a-Nurse came into our lives my father and I were stressed out by him trying to take care of himself with his ongoing medical issues and staying on top of regular personal care.

I Would Highly Recommend Dial-a-Nurse
My parents have been clients of Dial-a-Nurse for almost 3 years now. Before they came into our lives we were trying to find a service that would allow us to keep our parents in the comfort of their own home. Now the majority of our day isn’t taken up by having to check on our parents and assist with their needs. All the staff at Dial-a-Nurse seems to have a good working relationship. The office staff is always available for billing or scheduling questions. The head nurse is always aware of our parent’s issues. Dial-a-Nurse and their staff are in constant communication and update us on our parents status. I would highly recommend Dial A Nurse

Always Professional Staff At Dial-a-Nurse
We have used Dial-a-Nurse for five years. Before we called them we were dealing with our mother being released from rehab, and no one to care for her. We were less stressed knowing that she was being cared for by her wonderful caregivers. Debi is a true professional. She dealt with any problems with diligence, concern and follow through. If there was a staffing problem she was the one to go to my mother’s house until appropriate staff arrived. The other staff was always helpful and professional as well.
